Commonly referred to as ‘PLEXIGLASS’, CAST ACRYLIC SHEET is a rigid, smooth plastic with many decorative and practical uses.
Standard sizes (depending on thickness / finish) are 183cm x 122cm, 244cm x 122cm & 205cm x 305cm
The clarity and strength of CAST Acrylic Sheet is superior to that of extruded sheet and it can be cut and thermoformed for the manufacture of windscreens in marine applications. ‘IRPEN’ and ‘YEAR LONG’ Cast Acrylic Sheet feature maximum UV stability *for outdoor use. (*Colour suitability for outdoor use will be advised)
CAST Acrylic Sheet (‘Plexiglass’) may be cut by router, jig-saw, panel saw, laser and with a special hand-held cutter for small jobs. It is an excellent alternative to glass in many domestic applications.
CLEAR ACRYLIC SHEET (‘PLEXIGLASS’) is available in thicknesses 1mm to 30mm.
‘OPAL’ ACRYLIC SHEET (‘PLEXIGLASS’) is available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm & 10mm thicknesses. The 3mm thickness disperses light perfectly in Light Boxes and Illuminated Signage.
