PVC Sheet broadly divides into two categories; PVC Free Foam Sheet & PVC Integral Foam sheet. Both are expanded foam polymers of low flammability with a fine cell structure – for easy fabrication in a number of applications.
PVC FREE FOAM SHEET is the lighter density of PVC sheet with a smooth, matt finish – ideal for painting and printing. It may be cut, sawn and engraved for interior design, display and advertising purposes.
In 3mm thickness we stock a dozen colours in size 122cm x 244cm. White is available in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm & 20mm and Black in 3mm, 10mm & 19mm thicknesses.
PVC INTEGRAL FOAM SHEET is a denser, semi-gloss finish sheet with a firm outer skin. Its strength and resistance to water make it ideal for the building of furnishings and fittings in marine applications – as well as for building waterproof kitchen sink consoles!
PVC Integral Foam is available in White of thickness 10mm, 13mm & 19mm in sizes 125 x 250cm & 125 x 300cm. It can be sawn, drilled and screwed for carpentry and furniture-building purposes and – unlike chipboard or MDF – will not be damaged by water leaks.
